Senior Designer / Art Director

Adcetera is looking for a senior creative with real talent: someone with a sharp eye, strong fundamentals, and a body of work that proves they can concept, craft, and deliver. You'll work alongside graphic and UI designers, motion designers, storyboard artists, web developers, copywriters, and more to build campaigns, digital experiences, and retail and event displays for a diverse roster of clients.

What you'll do

• Concept and execute brand work across web, digital, social, and event/display environments
• Design and prototype web and digital experiences in Figma
• Use AI image and video tools to accelerate ideation, develop concepts, and refine assets to a finished, brand-ready standard
• Collaborate with motion, interactive, and development teams to bring ideas to life, often under tight timelines

What you bring

• 3+ years of professional design experience in an agency or in-house creative environment
• A digital portfolio (website preferred) that demonstrates strong original creative work and blends traditional design with modern, AI-driven workflows
• Strong command of design principles, typography, and web/video standards
• Expert-level Figma skills for web and digital design
• Advanced Photoshop skills: compositing, retouching, and color work
• Strong Illustrator skills
• Proven proficiency with AI image generation and editing, plus hands-on experience with AI video tools, applied with the same judgment and taste you bring to the rest of your work
• A genuine curiosity about where design and technology are heading, and a habit of bringing new ideas and tools to the table
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative attitude and comfort presenting and defending your ideas
• Bachelor's or associate degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Bonus points

• Experience designing for events, trade shows, exhibits, or large-format displays
• Storyboarding skills
• Motion design experience (After Effects, Premiere)
• 3D modeling experience (Blender or similar)
