North American foodservice giant Sysco sells an extraordinary array of products through a veritable army of marketing associates (MAs). Keeping these MAs up-to-date on new products, their benefits and their selling points is a constant process. We developed the Sysco Test Kitchen to help. A secure online destination, the Test Kitchen hosts product tutorials and quizzes, with each visitor’s results tracked by Sysco’s learning management system. The successful completion of these training modules earns points; MAs can then compete with their colleagues to earn premiums and the chance to win valuable prizes.
The Pantry is an extension to the Sysco Test Kitchen where MAs can search, sort and filter through hundreds of videos, recipes, marketing collateral and other assets related to various products. This YouTube-like experience is user-friendly and responsive, making the learning process more efficient and effective.
