Home Service Plus provides a variety of appliance installation, maintenance and repair services for homeowners in Minnesota. Their parent company, CenterPoint Energy, brought Adcetera in to update and streamline their Internet presence. We designed a new website to present detailed, organized, easy-to-find information about Home Service Plus products and services. The development process involved discussions with key stakeholders, research into peer and competitor websites, and focus group testing on multiple design concepts. Page templates are designed and coded for integration into Vignette, and enterprise-level content management system, and all content is search-engine optimized.
