Kristy Sexton

President and Chief Creative Officer

Adcetera's energetic and passionate leader, Kristy founded the company over 25 years ago and has transformed it into one of the largest woman-owned creative services firms in the country. Kristy establishes the company's direction and fosters the unique culture which continues to attract the most talented and energetic people in the industry.

Kristy oversees all creative teams, ensuring that everything we do for our clients is both creatively distinctive and strategically sound. She holds a BS in industrial design and visual communications and is a featured industry speaker as well as a leader in various charity and community organizations.

John Sexton

Chief Financial Officer

The company's advocate for "doing what makes sense," John established the company philosophy of always doing what is best for the client, not the bottom line. This simple approach has helped to build long-term client relationships measured not in years, but in decades.

John oversees the company's operations and strategic alliances. He is a CPA with 25 years of corporate finance, business area analysis, strategic marketing and integrated logistics experience — including various financial, strategic, planning and auditing positions with Hewlett-Packard and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is a sports enthusiast and enjoys snowboarding, wakeboarding and golf.

Misty Saha

VP, Client Services

Adcetera's ultimate client advocate, Misty plays a major role in managing client relationships and marketing the company's services. She oversees the account service teams across all industry sectors, ensuring account service levels that are unmatched in the industry. Misty is responsible for assessing client satisfaction levels, ensuring that every project is done right, on time and on budget.

Misty joined the team during Adcetera's formative years and has more than 20 years of experience — making her a valuable resource for clients and a key advisor for the company's account managers and account executives. Misty also oversees the company's charitable giving programs and volunteer work.

George Salinas

VP, Creative Services

As leader of the Adcetera creative teams, George is responsible for the integrity of every creative solution that his teams develop and deliver. He spearheads the development of high-profile communications solutions and coordinates the planning phases of the creative process. The result is distinctive, effective, award-winning execution.

In nearly 20 years with the company, George has concentrated his considerable creativity on more than simply meeting deadlines and objectives. He is equally committed to fostering a fun working environment and a positive, creative synergy with his teams. George is active in several local and national advertising associations and can be found lecturing to design students at local colleges in the evenings. He is very dangerous at the ping pong table.

Susie Gedeon

VP, Business Development

Susie is responsible for building business and strengthening our client relationships. With limitless energy and enthusiasm, Susie guides our business development and account service teams who develop and execute marketing programs while ensuring that we constantly commit ourselves to responsive and dedicated service — keys to creating and maintaining long-lasting client relationships.

More than 15 years of strategic marketing and business development experience with several Fortune 50 companies make Susie an invaluable resource for each of our major accounts. She is an avid fashionista whose passions outside of the office include interior design, Pilates, snow skiing, and dancing.

Pagogh Cho

VP, Innovation

Pagogh oversees the teams responsible for developing all of our strategic marketing solutions, especially interactive and merchandising solutions. With an M.B.A., numerous certifications and limitless curiosity, Pagogh also manages Adcetera's varied strategic initiatives and technology-based programs. Pagogh has the ability to see opportunity where others see obstacles, developing innovative, effective solutions for our clients.

With almost 15 years of marketing, Web and e-business experience, Pagogh previously worked with the Texas Medical Center, Cooper Industries and BMC Software. Pagogh has been a featured speaker at the International World Wide Web Conference. He is a family man and a video game enthusiast, and he still misses his vintage Mustang (see "family man," previously).

Scott Schafer

VP, Digital Strategy

Scott is Adcetera's guru of all things digital, with responsibility for the company's motion, animation, Web development, programming and video production teams. His varied background — including accounting, information systems and professional music production — is a clue to his ability to balance artistry and engineering. His team's exceptional output is a testament to this skill.

Scott holds BBAs in Accounting and MIS and has held director and consultant positions with Plan Three and Deloitte & Touche. He is also Canadian, which helps to lend a dose of northern humor to company functions.

Andrew Nelson

VP, Creative Strategies

With more than a decade as a marketing and advertising writer – including a stint as the Director of Copywriting at Adcetera – Andrew today works as a leading member of the Strategy team, with his specialty the interface between client strategies and the creative studio. At one time or another, he has worked with and on behalf of virtually all of Adcetera's clients; his roles today include major-project team leadership, select client relationships, and key involvement in big-picture strategic problem solving.

He holds a BA in English from Yale University. When he is away from the office, he can be found cycling, swimming, cooking, reading, writing and riding motorcycles. Not all at the same time.
